Welcome to my ebony romance website!  I love chocolate and always think of Black skin as chocolate, varying in colour from creamy white to velvety-smooth dark chocolate, hence the name.

Soca Nights, the first of my fabulous romance novels is doing well.  It's received twetnty-three great reviews on Amazon and I'm over the moon!  School Daze is also available and though it has been slower to take off, I'm sure that this book of short stories will thrill you if you give it a chance.  It's currently free on Kobo, iTunes and Barnes & Noble.

Please go straight to My Softer Side for the latest of my thoughts and views on romance and relationships or email me: Lexyharper@aol.com  if you have any questions or comments.

School Daze

Out in Kindle format: July 13, 2012.

Publisher: Ebonique Publishing.

Did you spend your school days in a daze, so in love with an unattainable boy or girl—who didn’t even know you were alive—that you couldn’t eat or sleep or study?  Were you the overweight girl who no one asked to the school dance, the electronic whizz kid everyone called a ‘nerd’, the boy who kissed a girl on a dare and was never forgiven, the shy student in love with your teacher, the twin overshadowed by a more fabulous sibling?  Have you blossomed and found your place in the world?  Do you ever wish that you could do it all over, that you could have a second chance at first love?  These couples did.  And so can you!

Soca Nights

Out in Kindle format: September 30th, 2010.

Publisher: Ebonique Publishing.

British entrepreneur Kevin Williamson, desperate to put some space between himself and events in the UK, travels to sunny Barbados for a much-needed break. The last thing he needs is to feel an attraction for Barbadian Kimberley Collins, a woman who seems to embody the term ‘diva’, before he even gets off the plane.  The last thing she needs is to feel an attraction for a foreigner who may have come to the island to prey on naïve local women, to charm them with his slick Western ways and leave them heartbroken.  But neither can stop the flare of attraction between them.  Will they give in to it?  Or are they strong enough to resist temptation?
