Romance novels have evolved over the years - now there is a fine line between romance and erotica.  Sadly though, romance still doesn't get the recognition it deserves.  Many people feel that romance novels are for girls in their teens, not grown women.  They are so wrong!  As long as you can fall in love, are in a relationship or have a heart that can be broken, you're not too old for romance.  For die-hard fans, like me, there is nothing better than immersing oneself in a good romance novel, with a cup of tea and a few biscuits within easy reach.

My fans are always surprised when I say that I'm more passionate about romance than I'm about erotica.  But romance was my first love, you see, and as they say, 'you never forget your first love'.  Like my erotica, all the books in my ebony romance series are based on mainly African-American, Black British and West Indian characters.  The sex scenes in these books though leaving little to the imagination are written with a lot more subtlety and finesse.  I toyed with the idea of writing my romance under a different name not wanting my fans to buy these books thinking that they're erotica, but I decided against it.  I want them to experience the soft, romantic side of ‘Miss Hard-Core Erotica’.
